Please read carefully!

The NetLearning Helpdesk offers 24/7/365 support and response to client requests concerning the following situations:

  • Product Access Issues:
    • Any application issue that has SYSTEM WIDE implications (is not confined to a single user) and produces the following symptoms:
      • Users are unable to log into an application(s)
      • Data errors or other similar issues render the application(s) unusable

To report an emergency situation, please contact the NetLearning after hours support line by dialing 1-877-284-4357 and pressing '4' at the prompt.

You will then be asked to leave a message for our support technicians, and you will receive a reply within 6 hours of your call. Any issue that does not appear on the list above will be addressed during our normal operating hours of 7AM to 7PM EST M-F.
